Property heading ERA TOP GUN ACADEMY Property heading

Sales associates who have graduated from the ERA ACCELERATION course, must submit an application which proves a minimum of 12 sales, or a sales volume specified for the 12 months prior to the course. The prestigious course teaches sales associates advanced techniques in the areas of prospecting, presentations and skill development.

The main focus of the ERA top GUN ACADEMY is to promote a better understanding of what it takes to be a top producing sales associate.

Each session of the Academy has a mission, and must be accomplished by the next session. If this mission is not accomplished, the sales associate receives an error. Four errors will cause the sales associate to be dismissed from the Academy.

In order to graduate, a sales associate must obtain 4 or more targets during the course. Graduates that achieve 8 or more targets receive wings, and membership to the elite ERA top TEAM.

As the cherry on top, sales associates who achieve the highest level will be recognised and respected by their peers, as examples of the finest real estate professionals in the world.

This course ensures the skills to dramatically increase listings and sales, with an increase in production in excess of 300%.
